This is a great opportunity to join a small public sector organisation in Sheffield city centre (only 2 days per week required on-site).
Job Description
The key focus of this interim role is to manage end to end casework & to support and advise managers in managing Employee Relations cases end-to-end in line with policy and procedures.
You will also coach and empower Line Managers to deliver sustained improvement in the management of Employee Relations issues with focus on informal or early resolution.
