Contract Terms & Package:

Up to 22.5 hours per week, 6 month contract, ie. February/March 2024 August 2024 with a view to extend. Hybrid working available, ie. with 1 day, if possible, spent in the office.

An attractive salary package is available, depending on experience.

Experience/Requirements:

Ideally Chartered status

Proven experience in a senior finance role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage  the finance team of 3 with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organisational goals

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes

Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive financial performance

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

Report and advise the board, in turn, assisting in making key strategy decisions
