Reporting to the Finance Director this role will be responsible for; managing a team of 2 people; monthly management accounts; financial analysis; cash flow forecasting; budgeting; fixed assets; CIS, VAT and PAYE returns; payroll; treasury management; contract reconciliations; and troubleshooting internal systems including COINS. To be considered you must be a qualified accountant, have staff management experience and have experience of contract accounting. An outgoing personality and good communications skills are also essential. Prior experience in the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential. This is a hands-on and varied role so would suit someone who is detail orientated and happy to get involved in whatever needs doing to get the job done.
