Sewell Wallis are urgently looking an Interim Finance Business Partner to join a rapidly growing, highly innovative technology business based in Leeds.
This interim requirement is due to an internal secondment and will last approximately 12 months. You will play a pivotal role in the FP&A team and be reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance.
This role requires someone who has experience working within a large, service-based business, with demonstrable finance business partnering experience. You will be a confident and personable qualified accountant with 5 years' experience working in a similar, commercially focused position with strong leadership skills.
Your role will include the following duties :-
-Produce the monthly management accounts for the group, including variance analysis and commentary to support the Senior Leadership Team in making key decisions around business performance
-Business partnering by working closely with non-finance stakeholders, providing them with customer driven analysis and supporting resolutions of management reporting queries
Drive continuous improvement throughout their reporting processes
-Maintain and improve monthly KPI's for the divisions and ad hoc information as required by operational departments
-Produce the annual budget and quarterly forecasting
-Streamlining the management accounts process and improving timeliness of reporting to Board
