Our client is a Housing Association based in East London.

Job Description


Key Strategic Responsibilities Use a variety of software / database / IT systems for reporting and monitoring our Compliance services.

Monthly data reporting and producing KPIs.

Checking and uploading certs, data entry to record accurately.

Ensuring servicing letters sent to residents are in accordance with our policies.

Monitoring programmes and performance of contractors to ensure that we remain compliant.

Support with the development and implementation of new working practices and processes surrounding our Compliance duties and within Property Services.

Ensure asset data is updated and reliable.

Attend contractor meetings and take minutes.

Support with internal audit checks and ensure all processes are followed and adhered to

Provide cover for other teams within Operations if required and to provide additional support during annual leave.

Use reporting tools to analyse our data surrounding our compliance services and take the required action for anything non-compliant as agreed by the Contracts and Compliance Manager.

Working with the team to support, develop and improve existing internal processes to ensure the team is as effective and efficient as possible.

Support the Contracts and Compliance Manager with compliance activities.

Raising orders in Castleton and ensuring costs are accurate.

Processing invoices and payments on the P2P system.

Supporting the Property Services Team with phone calls from residents, contractors and partners.

Actively promote cross-team relations across Property Services and the rest of the organisation.

Contribute to the organisation in achieving its vision and values.

Work within Arhag Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Apply and actively promote the principles of Arhag Equality Policy in all areas.

Any other duties that are required.
