You will assess their current IT estate and their key projects. You will identify key problems as well as opportunities for quick wins and longer term progress.

Critically you would then need to own actions and manage projects through to completion.

You must be prepared to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.

• Experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment
• ERP experience
• Vendor/partner mgt experience
• Strategic/consultative skills to tease out the key issues
• Strong relationship and influencing skills (to handle the business and IT)
• Strong Leadership skills/gravitas
• Excellent communicator
• International experience
• Line mgt and budget experience
• Core infrastructure/application development management experience
