Job Description: This interim Building Surveyor role involves leading complex construction projects from inception to completion, requiring expertise in managing project lifecycles across various asset types. The position demands proficiency in acting as Project Manager and Contract Administrator while overseeing multiple concurrent projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing risk, cost, and quality while building strong client relationships

Skills Required:

  • Chartered or experienced Building Surveyor (MRICS or MCIOB preferred)
