This role is 5 days per week onsite in Wakefield. Candidates must drive/have access to a car as the site is not accessible via public transport

Cititec Talent has exclusively partnered with a consultancy firm looking for an Infrastructure Lab Technician to provide configuration, testing and troubleshooting support for a newly deployed test lab infrastructure. The successful candidate will see you work alongside the Network team to oversee non-network elements of a VMWare migration and assist in troubleshooting.

You'll also document all Windows and VMWare-related configurations, play a key role in the installation and configuration of the new VMware environment and help with the migration and validation of testing projects

Experience required:

• Must be VMware certified and have clear commercial experience with VMware
• To be able to instal and configure VMware environments
• An understanding of VMware networking and key networking services
• Experience with Microsoft Server and desktop infrastructure
• Experience creating run book documentation
• Networking services experience including AS, DNS, DHCP, and DC
