Insight Global are looking to hire an IT Support Analyst/ Technican for a Global Manufacturing company. You are responsible for assisting end-users in person on their technical support needs inlcuding: desktop and laptop computers/hardware, applications and related technology.


This will include a specific installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards, processes and guidelines, and interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems.


In this on-site support role, you will report onsite 4-days per week to the Division IT Manager and IT Lead and work closely with other group/divisional IT staff and the Corporate IT teams to ensure a seamless and reliable service to end-users.



Applications Must have Experience in

Prior experience as a PC or IT Support; Desktop Support; Field Technicain

Be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting: computers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.

Document, maintain, upgrade and/or replace hardware and software systems.

Perform upgrades to operating system or applications as required.

Responsible for system imaging and deployment utilizing standardized tools (i.e Microsoft SCCM)

Ensure desktop/laptop computers interconnect seamlessly
