The Role

Due to sustained growth in our business, we are looking to expand our Implementation function with an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The role will involve leading implementations for our RPO & MSP customers, as well as involvement in the group-wide change strategy.

You will be an accomplished implementation manager, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders, work to tight timeframes, manage multiple workstreams with the associated resources and have a hands-on approach. You will have full autonomy on the approach to project management, be empowered to build bespoke solutions based on our customer's needs and will work closely with our flagship clients both current and new.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have full project management experience in leading RPO and MSP implementations across a range of sectors, designs and sizes.
• Project Management qualifications would be advantageous.
• Be able to demonstrate core project disciplines including risk identification and treatment.
• Have experience working directly with various senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable running an implementation autonomously and owning the end-to-end delivery of the plan.
• Comfortable with presentations.
