One of my consultancy clients are currently looking for a IBM Z Storage Manager. They are looking for a IBM Z Storage Manager to join them on a hybrid basis with travel their site based in Barnsley. This engagement will run on for an initial 10-month engagement- this does have a view to extend beyond this date.

They are interested in IBM Z Storage Managers with experience of working in an Agile environment amongst multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• zSeries Storage Management / Engineering background preferred and / or experience to equivalent level
• Working and partnering with vendors (e.g. IBM, DELL, Broadcom)
• Supporting and / or leading technical management of large infrastructure deployment projects
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise IT environment and the embedded controls within change, incident, and problem management processes
• Experience working with Agile working practices and tooling
• Experience and awareness of security, audit, risk and compliance within enterprise IT environment
