Join the movement powering a greener, smarter future! We are proud to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly scaling global business at the forefront of renewable energy and smart tech. As they expand across continents, we’re looking for a practical, hands-on HR Business Partner to support their dynamic growth journey. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract with real influence, global exposure, and the chance to roll up your sleeves in a business that’s evolving fast. This is not a strategic ivory-tower role - it’s for someone who thrives on operational HR. You’ll be the go-to partner for managers, supporting them with everything from performance conversations to contracts and compliance. Things won’t always be neat or predictable, but they’ll always be interesting.

Reporting into the Executive Team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational HR Support – coaching and guidance, employee relations, employment compliance globally…
  • Performance & Engagement – support with performance management plans, drive consistency and fairness in decision-making, partner with Leaders to shape a culture of accountability…
  • Global Collaboration – partner with colleagues around the world, respect cultural and legislative differences, international travel…
  • HR Evolution – help build pragmatic, scalable HR processes, dive in wherever needed, identify what’s missing and suggest solutions …

The successful candidate will possess solid HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment (SME/start-up experience is a bonus). You will exude confidence in supporting managers and leading HR cases independently. You will be resilient, adaptable, and unphased by a bit of chaos. Furthermore, you will be curious and pragmatic - you don’t know everything, but you know how to figure it out. And you will be globally minded with an appreciation for local differences (you’ll know when to ask for local advice). CIPD or equivalent is nice to have but your experience matters more. This is a superb chance to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven, growing global business. You will assume a varied and hands-on HR role with real autonomy and scope, and there will be global travel opportunities to support regional teams in person. You will find a collaborative, ambitious team that values transparency, action, and support. The position will be based on-site and comes with 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, and a discretionary bonus. Keen to progress your application? Apply without delay.
