Title: Human Resources Administrator
Rate: 250 per day
Role: Contract (potential to go perm)
Start: ASAP
Location: On-site role 5 days per week in London
Length: 3-6 months

Role:
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Provide administrative assistance by responding internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
- Perform orientations on boarding as well as update records with new hires
- Produce and submit reports on general human resources activity
- Support other functions as assigned.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, such as Bamboo HR
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications and Excel in particular)
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
