This leading software organisation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Talent Operations Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR operations and employee support.
Employee Support:
- Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR queries related to hours, leave, and training.
- Provide timely and accurate information, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Look after work permit requests, leave requests, hours and other employee HR related queries.
Record Management:
- Work with various HR systems to maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Support full employee lifecycle including the new joiner process and background checks ensuring a positive and organized experience for new employees.
- Manage the leaving process, conducting exit interviews and handling associated documentation.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and systems.
Time Management:
- Effectively manage time to handle HR queries, system updates, and project work simultaneously.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years of HR Administration experience, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Experience working with large HR systems for administration and reporting.
- Experience handling a large volume of HR queries
- Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
