You will be the go-to Health & Safety lead working in an autonomous, varied and exciting role, ensuring all staff are adhering to Health and Safety standards across the factory and the Research Department. The company are looking to heavily invest in you, with training towards qualifications like the NEBOSH Diploma, allowing for you to progress your career and become an expert within your field as a Health and Safety specialist.

This role would suit a Health and Safety professional with a level 3 or higher NEBOSH qualification or equivalent NVQ/IOSH, and with a background in Manufacturing or Laboratory or similar. Someone who is looking to become part of an expanding company that heavily invest in your personal development and offer clear progression pathways to group level management.
The Role:
- Responsibility for Health & Safety standards across the factory
- Conduct Audits to ISO45001 & ISO50001
- Liaise with group level Health & Safety colleagues
- Health and Safety Manager or a Health and Safety Officer with plenty of experience.
- Must have NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (e.g. NVQ Level 3 in H&S, IOSH, etc.)
- Must have a background in Manufacturing, Production, Laboratory or similar
