Burns Sheehan are searching for a experienced HRIS Manager (Workday) to support one of our long standing clients who are a leader in the property space in the UK and a well-known household name.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the People Teams and take ownership of the Workday system, aligning it with business priorities to ensure its fitness for purpose.

Propose and present innovative ideas and solutions to the broader business, seeking buy-in for system improvements.

Take the lead in implementing new features and provide training to both employees and management.

Ensure security within the Workday system by leading audits and maintaining compliance.
