Your New Role As the HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration and optimisation of the iTrent system, focusing on the back-end build and ensuring the platform is used to its full potential. You will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to resolve immediate issues and implement long-term improvements.
