PageGroup are supporting with the appointment of a HR Specialist - Third Party Contracts Manager to join a prestigious media business based in Birmingham for circa 3 months.

This role offers hybrid working - Circa 1-2 days per week on site

Job Description

The role of HR Specialist - Third Party Contracts Manager will work alongside a Senior Business Partner within a busy HR Operations Support Team You will provide support for the outsourced HR services with a focus on managing the business relationship and overall contractual performance of all HR service suppliers; providing intelligent management information with regards to effective use of the contracted services.

This will include but not limited to:

  • Embed the HR departments objectives, creating a great place to work for all 3rd party services
  • Support procurement projects which contribute to the HR agenda, working with internal stakeholders to define requirements, procurement approach and manage bidder interaction;
  • Manage overall contractual performance, seeking continuous improvement and value for money;
  • Provide assurance to stakeholders on the resilience of the supplier network, protecting the integrity of the processes and associated controls
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the HR business area and requirements, to optimise the value of 3rd party HR services;
  • Measure Supplier performance
