One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies requires a HR Project Manager for an initial 12 month contract.

The Future of Work programme has been established to support a number of projects to ensure the organisation can optimally support the bold ambition. There is an opportunity to project manage a number of projects and workstreams as part of the overall Future of Work programme to ensure that the work is delivered within the agreed constraints of time, quality and budget.

• Strong Project Management experience -
• Can demonstrate experience in working in a global environment, managing work between different functions
• Experience of working on large scale HR transformation programme/s advantageous.
• Good Written and spoken communications
• Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems
• Experience of a variety of software/systems
• Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions

• Manages risks, issues, actions, dependency logs and escalates as required within the workstream and Programme
• Manages relationship with key business stakeholders to ensure all requirements are captured effectively and are committed to workstream objectives
• Co ordinating the production of any required analysis/data points to support the solutioning with the workstream
• Ensuring a balance of short- and long-term planning is achieved through weekly/quarterly meeting structure to look ahead as well as manage the short-term deliverables and ensure they are appropriate to deliver the workstream scope within the agreed timeline
• Leading the development/tracking of robust readiness criteria to ensure teams are set up for success
• Manage agreed governance for the workstream and support PMO with overall project/Programme governance
• Ensures project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
