strong>HR Project Manager (Global HR Transformation) - Pharma - 12months 500 outside of IR35

Our global pharmaceutical client now requires an experienced HR Project Manager for an initial 12-month contract assignment. This is a great opportunity for a strong Project manager or HR Business Manager with Global HR business transformation experience, to join and lead a range of new projects.

This role will support multiple projects across a dedicated HR transformation programme, leading workstreams and collaborating with 3rd party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the External projects team across a variety of new and existing projects.
• Lead business continuity planning and projects responding to new legislation.
• Keep track of key milestones and deliverables with continusously developed workstreams
• Identify and manage significant risks to project delivery and developing associated mitigation plans.
• Engage with senior internal sponsors/stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead delivery performance within: time, cost, and quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a HR Project Manager, Global HR Manager role or similar.
• Global Pharmaceutical manufacturing or Biologistic industry experience desirable.
• Proven project management experience across whole HR business project life cycles.
• Full UK Right to Work

The Overview:

• Initial 12-month contract
• 500 per day, Outside IR35
• Macclesfield office
• Hybrid role: 2 days in office required
