Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting a large organisation with the recruitment of a HR Project Coordinator on an 18 month contract basis.
This role will be responsible for supporting the with the implementation of a new HR system.
This role can be based from a variety of locations including Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Glasgow
Hybrid working is available however 2 days on-site will be required.
Duties to include;
- Responsibility for the day-to-day management of project items and to work closely with the Change Lead to develop and implement the change plan
- Managing updates to the project plan ahead of weekly meetings and supporting the Change Lead
- Preparing and updating project packs in advance of programme meetings
- Support the wider project team with the creation of project plans ensuring they have clear deliverables, owners, timescales throughout the project
- Working closely with other project team members ensuring there is a full understanding of wider programme deliverables
- Manage and distribute key project documentation applying appropriate data security and version controls
Essential experience required;
- Proven experience of providing HR project support, experience of supporting a system implementation is desirable
- Strong IT skills including proficient in MS Office applications including strong Excel capabilities
- Formal project management qualification desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
The role sits within a collaborative HR project team and will report directly to the HR Programme Lead.
