p>As the HR People Partner, you will be part of the HR Operations team, working closely with managers to provide partner support ensuring the provision of expert HR advice, including coaching managers, offering guidance on HR policy, employee relations. You will also support organisational change and workforce planning initiatives.

- Act as a trusted HR People Partner to managers, providing guidance on a wide range of HR issues.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives.
- HR projects and contribute to policy development.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and provide advice where necessary.
- Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent approach.
- Support the development and well being of staff through initiatives and training.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures and practices.
Profile
A successful HR People Partner should have:
- Ideally be CIPD qualified or equivalent
- A solid understanding of HR practices and employment law.
- Experience working in a similar role, ideally in Healthcare.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

40k - 42k - 6 month FTC - Bristol based with travel to sites
