The ideal candidate will be analytical and a problem solver, dedicated to meeting customer expectations and requirements.

Job Description
- Data entry and audits in local and global HR systems, including HRIS and time and attendance tools and systems.
- Support with recruitment activities and issuing employment contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate and support requirements for employee relations including disciplinaries.
- Operational support for the UK and Europe
- Maintain employee files, ensuring compliance with statuary and regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Several years experience working for a global or matrix organisation.
- Experience and understanding of requirements, regulations and data privacy guidelines in the UK and European countries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and using HRIS platforms.
