Do you have HR human resources experience, and are you seeking a new contract role in Solihull? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit an HR Operations Specialist, and the role comes with a contract rate of 22.19 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

As an HR Specialist, you will support the Solihull HR team to deliver People Charters in line with the company's People Plan for each Technology Area. You will be working on several key projects.

If you were already in this HR role, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

  • Supporting a variety of employee lifecycle activities across the Solihull plant targeted specifically at absence and wellbeing
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from manufacturing and the trade union
  • Working closely with wider HR teams to achieve charters.

  • Brilliant relationship building and stakeholder management skills
