p>My client based in Bournemouth are currently recruiting for a HR & Organisational Developemnt Manager to join their team.

They are looking for the right candidate on a full-time, hybrid basis.

What is the day to day of the role?

  • To work collaboratively with the whole HR and OD service
  • Drive initiatives to support our diversity, equality and Inclusion Policy
  • You will be required to Regional and National events to expand the organisations current external network
  • Attend meetings and Represent the HR & OD Team
  • Analysing system Matrix to identify trends 
  • Working closely with key stakeholders
  • Supporting Leaders throughout the Organisation to lead in line with organisations values
  • To support faculties and services in strategic development, organisational improvement and transformation

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Must be a Chartered member of the CIPD
  • Must have a strong OD/Change management & ER focus
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Able to support talent pool management and succession planning
  • Workforce planning support
  • Must have experience of HR and OD at a senior level
