We have a great opportunity to join our client on a temporary basis to cover the duties of HR Manager within the team.
What you'll be doing:
You will be providing effective leadership within the Senior Management Team where you will be developing and executing an effective HR strategy and operational plan to support the strategic goals of the business. Job responsibilities will see you managing all of the recruitment process, supporting managers with people related activities, staying up to date with all employment law policies, and mentor colleagues on the full range of HR issues.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified to CIPD Level 5
- Experience in a generalist HR role covering all aspects of employee life cycle
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Ability to deal with complex issues and resilient to continue working through challenges
- Competent using IT which will include web based software alongside MS Office
- Able to support managers with all people management activities
- Flexible & self-motivated
Additional Info:
- Monday to Friday 37 hours
- Temporary role up to 6 months
- Immediate start!
