Job Description
- Lead and deliver various HR projects within the agreed time-line and budget.
- Ensure HR governance frameworks are adhered to and updated as needed.
- Present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all projects are aligned with company strategy.
- Provide support and guidance to HR team on governance matters.
- Ensure all HR processes are compliant with regulations and laws.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
