My Client is a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide. We have an amazing opportunity to join our HR team as a Temporary HR Coordinator.
About the role:
As a Temporary HR Coordinator, you will support 100% CMC Payroll and Pension Compliance, enhanced vendor management and delivery of the HR Technology Roadmap. You will work as an integral part of the HR team and provide high quality HR support to ensure successful delivery of our strategic plan.
This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to develop into a broad HR Advisory role within a fast paced, high-volume role. In return for your commitment, we will partner you with some of our leading experts within HR who will coach and aspire you on your HR career journey.
You will also be encouraged to work as part of a team (promote operational synergies and alignment) to support each other, our customers and grow together.
You will need to have:
- Good IT literacy skills
- HR experience of at least one year
- A relevant qualification or equivalent (an advantage)
You will also need to have:
- A highly energised mindset with willingness and desire to learn and adapt individually
- A confident communicator (written/oral) and able to build rapport, quickly and effectively
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion
