- Providing day to day project management of the Support Staff Terms and Conditions project.
- Reviewing existing Terms and Conditions, and consulting with key stakeholders on options for improvement.
- Designing and delivering appropriate options/elements, completing cost modelling on proposals.
- Consulting with stakeholders on proposals and obtaining management sign off.
- Leading on the collective and individual consultation.
- Implementing new offerings, ensuring systems are amended/updated accordingly.
- Ensuring an appropriate communications strategy is in place to maintain employee engagement.
The successful HR Business Partner will have...
- Experience of writing and creating HR policies and procedures.
- Project management experience.
- Employee engagement skills.
- CIPD Qualified.
