Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company s goals and objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to identify HR challenges and develop plans to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR issues.
- Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs to employees.
- Manage the recruitment process and ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
