p>We are looking for a temporary HR Business Partner to join a fantastic company in Central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the company s goals and objectives. You will work closely with other members of the HR team and senior management to identify HR challenges and develop plans to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR issues.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to employees.
  • Manage the recruitment process and ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
