Are you a Business Analyst looking to take on HR projects with a variety of responsibilities for a Global Supply Chain company?
In this HR Business Analyst role you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities within this HR/onboarding programme. You would be working on the global process design to streamline processes and utilise SuccessFactors experience to hit the ground running.
Ideally you would have experience in:
- SuccessFactors
- Onboarding/HR/Recruitment projects
- Process Mapping
- User Journey Mapping
- Identifying Change needs/impacts
- Create test scripts following user journeys
The successful HR Business Analyst candidate will demonstrate experience in working on multiple HR/onboarding projects and have high level expertise in business analysis principles and processes.
This HR Business Analyst role will require x1 weekly trip to Northampton. The role is a 6 month outside IR35 contract position paying circa 450-480/day.
