Our client, a leading telecommunications company is looking for an experienced HR and Admin Assistant to support its teams in London. To succeed this role, the post holder should have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the HR and Administrative domain.

What you will do:

  • Administering the timely and accurate processing of all key HR processes that cover the full employee life cycle, such as onboarding, leavers process, updating the HR system and employee files, contracts and offer letters etc.
  • Responsible for the new joiner process, including organising IT set up, background checks, orientation and relevant documentation
  • Work closely with the HR team to manage the recruitment and selection process; extensive diary management, interviewing candidates (for junior and admin roles), obtaining candidate feedback, obtaining hiring approval etc.
  • Aiding the HR team in providing counsel, assistance, and support to employees at all levels.
  • Assist with employee communications regarding benefits and new joiners.
  • Assisting the HR team in learning and development, such as organising training.
  • Organising and executing events, such as all hands meeting, holiday events, celebration etc.
  • Support of the business in daily duties activities by ensuring smooth functioning of the office and handling of current administrative matters.
  • Coordinating the circulation of correspondence and company documents (including their checking, completion and archiving).
  • Asset and samples management, and office onsite daily support.

The ideal candidate:

  • Show strong interest in HR and admin work.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, or other related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable, hard-working and organized.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proactive with an ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
  • Be able to deal with internal and external clients in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Be able to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
