About the HR Advisor Pay & Reward role

• We are seeking candidates who have a CIPD qualification
• Must have worked within a large organisation previously
• Working in a busy and fast paced environment
• Must have experience of Data Analysis
• Dealing with contentious and complex issues
• You will have excellent organisational skills
• Proficient IT skills
• You will be highly resilient
• Undertaking Quantative and quality research
• Preferred Pay and Rewards experience
• Organise project activities' to support the team
• Prepare presentations
• Monitor progress
• Manage workflow
• Attend meetings for projects and able to take notes at these meetings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
