PageGroup are supporting a leading organisation with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join for an 18 month interim role to support with high volume employee relations casework.
This role can offer hybrid working - Circa 50% office and 50% home based.
Possible scope for permanent in future.
Description
Working as part of a large HR team, the role of HR Advisor is a busy, high-volume role taking full responsibility for a wide range of employee relations matters, this will include:
- Effective ER management of sickness, disciplinary, grievance, capability, and appeal hearings. Preparation of invite letters, hearing packs, acting as note taker and assisting in the preparation of outcome letters.
- Undertake relevant project work and support with TUPE, redundancies as and when required
- Maintain the HR database and staff records
Profile
Ideal candidates will have a proven background in a similar role.
Critically you will have a proven background in leading high-volume employee relations cases.
