Job Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR issues.
- Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Support in the recruitment and induction process for new employees.
- Oversee the performance management process.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics.
- Manage and maintain HR records and documentation.
