Job Description
The key respondibilties for the HR Advisor will be
- Providing HR advice and solutions to the Business Services team
- Leading TUPE activity
- Providing all aspects of generalist HR advice, including disciplinary, grievance and performance
management and coaching line managers through the process. - Supporting line managers with absence management and any long term welfare discussions and
occupational health reviews - Being a point of escalation for more complex employee relations cases
- Managing HR procedures and policies within the Byfleet office
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations
- Contributing to team efforts to achieve company goals
- Assisting in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs
- Helping to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Supporting the HR department in administrative tasks as needed
- Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities
