My client, based in South Wales are a world renowned Aviation company who are currently looking for an experienced HR Professional to join there team.

Chop and change the job title which ever way you please (People Business Partner) this role will suit an experience HR advisor who's looking to move into a more senior role or somebody at a slightly more senior level.

The role will comprise of numerous projects, not limited to case management, reworking policies and procedures, working on career paths, professional development plans etc.
The ideal candidate will be insight driven, work well with digital technology, have the professional courage to stand up for what they believe and be able to show examples of situational decision making.
