Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the Bradford office)
Salary/Rate: Up to 265 per day Inside IR35
Start Date:22/01/2024

Company Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading telecommuication clients! They are currently looking for a skilled HR Advisor to join their team for a six month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Deliver a quality and professional service to all customers
- Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues and complaints, escalating as appropriate, and deal with any service recovery
- Effectively process pay data, contracts, documentation and information and instruct payroll accordingly to ensure timely and accurate production of the payrolls
- Ensure that all employee data is entered into Workday and associated HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, to agreed standards and targets
- Ensure the contact management system (OSC) reflects the nature of the query to ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work
- Processing internal Data Protection Subject Access Requests within the SLAtimeframe
- Support the development and implementation of the appropriate policies, and framework to address issues
- Undertake the role of note-taker, where appropriate
- Administer and process redundancy calculations and settlement agreements, within agreed procedures, standards and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements, liaising with Legal as required
- Undertake the due diligence, data collection/validation and administrative activities associated with the Transfer of Undertakings - Protection of Employment (TUPE) if required
