We are seeking HR Advisors with Employee Relations experience, a full CIPD membership and with Trade Union experience for these roles
Ideally you will have worked within a larger organisation, and within the Public Sector.
Tasks:-
Employee relations to deliver complex and challenging people solutions
Dealing with Change projects
Dealing with guidance and compliance, complex service transformation, TUPE, redundancy and early retirements.
Assess high level risk options in relation to change
Provide managers with the confidence to make well informed decisions
Take a lead in policy and best practice
Develop good relations with trade unions
Resolve individual cases
Interpret statistics, including employee relations performance
Business planning and staff management
Monitor trends and employee practices
Coach and train managers
Qualifications & Skills required
CIPD full membership required
Must have employee relations experience
Great communication skills
Coaching skills
Able to give HR advise to business managers
