We are seeking an experienced Temporary HR Administrator to work for a lovely corporate based in the City, on a week to week basis. The company have recently acquired a business and they need extra HR support to assist in a TUPE process. The individual candidate will need a good understanding of HR administrative tasks and a high level of accuracy.
The day to day responsibilities will be;
- Updating the HR system and uploading personnel records
- Issuing contracts
- Setting up on payroll system
- Collating and pulling reports from the system
- Supporting the recruitment team and assisting in setting up interviews, writing JD's and general recruitment admin tasks
The candidate must be able to start immediately, have proven HR experience, TUPE experience would desirable, be agile and adaptable and work at pace.
