A well established and highly reputable business based in Epsom is looking for an HR Administrator to come on board for approximately 2 months to support with all things HR Administration!

The Role:

Working as part of a friendly regional team, this role will see you providing administration support to the HR team which will include:

* Dealing with basic HR queries and escalating those that need to be to the relevant HR member
* Updating colleagues training records
* Updating the LMS with courses
* Updating HR records will qualifications/certifications
* Answering inbound queries over the telephone
* Archiving people files
* Updating the employee database

Skills Required:

* Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Administrator
* Professional communication skills with the ability to liaise with individual at all levels
* Understanding of the importance of working with confidentiality
* Ability to show initiative
