You will be the lead within the Housing Systems Team for:

• System administration of security and access rights for the system
• Controlling parameter setting and field definition within the system
• The running of the annual Rents and Service Charges (Actuals and Estimates) processes
• Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data within the ICT systems used within the Housing Service

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

• Experience of working in a social housing environment, or similar.
• Specialist knowledge of the systems administration functions associated with ICT systems used within a social housing environment, or similar.
• Excellent experience in maintaining and developing systems and supporting large numbers of system users in a corporate environment through best practice methods and standards.
• Experience in leading on the running of the annual Rents and Service Charges (Actuals and Estimates) processes in ICT systems used within a social housing environment, or similar.
• Knowledge about database architecture such that data can be extracted from ICT systems used within the Housing Service.
• Experience in using Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Experience in leading the installation of software updates (eg upgrades) for ICT systems, including leading systems and integration testing activities.
• Detailed working knowledge of the Capita OPEN Housing Solution, MS Office, and MS Windows, and strong experience using MS Excel.
• Knowledge of the Northgate OHMS solution is desirable.
• Supervisory experience in temporary, agency, and 3rd party supplier consultancy resources
• ITIL And Prince2 practitioner.

This contract is initially for 2 months, inside IR35.
