The day to day duties of this role include but are not limited too:
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to their tenancy such as relationship breakdown, request to exchange property with another tenant and succession queries
- Identify any support requirements and make appropriate referrals
- Respond promptly to reports of ASB within the agreed service standards and take the lead for dealing with ASB issues on the patch
- Investigate reports thoroughly taking into account the individual needs and vulnerabilities of both victims and perpetrators
- Accurately record all estate inspections and complete any relevant follow-up works on an on-going basis
- Identify any areas for environmental improvement works in partnership with colleagues in the Property Services
- To be able to identify the need for additional support including financial support and to provide advice and guidance
- To be aware of external agencies and how to sign post customers
- To promote customer satisfaction through ensuring residents receive a quality, helpful, responsive and value for money service
