Pay rate - 24.66ph paye or 35ph umbrella

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the management of the highway network in accordance with the Highways Act 1980 to ensure that the highway is maintained in a safe and accessible condition.
• To manage the condition surveys of the highway network.
• To manage the Asset team effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain the asset management software systems and assist in the development and maintenance of the Highways Asset Management Plan and associated policies.
• To take responsibility for the development of the annual capital works programme in accordance with given priorities and resources.
