Our client is urgently seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join their team on a contract basis, initially for 3 months with a view to extend.
You will form part of the development team, acting as the sole point of contact for all new development requests, fixes and general queries. You will also be tasked with managing and providing governance relating to this process, as well as prioritising each request.
Please note, the role is OUTSIDE of IR35. You will be required on-site once per week in Bristol.
Help Desk Analyst - Key Skills:
- Management of a Helpdesk
- Able to take responsibility of own tasks, but work effectively with a wider team
- Help with governance and dashboards - assess priorities of new dashboards, deal with dashboard queries, help users
- Ensure correct and accurate documentation
- Updating dashboard securities
- Creating user guides
- Dashboard experience - ideally Power BI but this is not essential
- Sharepoint maintenance - nice to have
