Key Role Requirements:
- Collaborate with the business/HR teams to ensure continued understanding of key business and user needs related to people analytics
- Support in the development of end-to-end strategies to meet business and user needs related to people analytics - (This includes: product strategy, data management, data literacy and performance management etc)
- You will ensure that the overall strategy is aligned with broader company goals and corporate functions
- Support the team in designing innovative and simple data & insights products to aid business value, products that provide a great User Experience
- Design the right data architecture and management approach to enable automated operations, data security and optimised technology cost
- Work with HR to help drive increased data literacy levels
- Provide overall delivery support for your team helping them prioritise backlogs and roadmaps and to resolve critical blockers/issues
- Work with finance teams to ensure effective budget and risk management
Key Skills Required:
- Key essential experience in leading a people analytics capability
- Strong proficiency in product management and agile delivery
- Previous experience in data analytics
- Strong communication skills, with the proven ability to convey complex problems and insights to diverse audiences
- Experienced in managing teams and ensuring delivery of tasks to schedule
- Strategic mindset with strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
