Head of Marketing Salary: 90,000 - 95,000

Based in Waterloo, London

A fast-growing global event management and communication agency based are looking for a Head of Marketing to join, company based near Waterloo in London. You will be working alongside the Managing Director to shape the global marketing strategy, lead the marketing team and contribute to developing the overall business strategy. As the Head of Marketing, you will use the company's mission and objectives to craft and execute a dynamic marketing and brand strategy that ensures surpassing targets.

Duties Involved

Generate quality leads through targeted marketing techniques, emphasizing tailored communication for a focus on quality.

Take ownership of the PR agency, collaborating closely to enhance the MD's profile through thought leadership, speaking engagements, industry events, and awards.

Oversee content marketing by refreshing published content, contributing to brand growth.

Utilize Salesforce and CRM for customer engagement, enhancing visibility, awareness, and overall engagement.

Own and drive social media strategy across channels to boost awareness and engagement.

Test and analyse different channels, report on individual campaign performance for optimal ROI.

Collaborate with account management to retain and grow the client base, implementing a retention strategy.

Work with data and insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise strategies accordingly.

Manage and monitor the marketing budget.

Oversee all aspects of paid and owned marketing, including PPC, SEA, and SEO.

Create, activate, and analyse content across all marketing channels.

Manage the company website, handling day-to-day operations, updates, content, and development.

Assist in implementing internal communication processes and activations as needed.Experience and skills required:

Proven B2B marketing experience

Desire to contribute to strategic and executional marketing in a growing global business.

Experience building and managing a team

Track record of achieving key output targets and experience of managing multiple marketing campaigns

Strong knowledge of online marketing, in particular social channels

Previous working knowledge of a CRM system (ideally Hubspot)

Effective Communication With External Agencies And Internal Stakeholders.Benefits
