Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee HR systems, data, and reporting
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and retention of staff
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage employee relations, policies, procedures, and compliance
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
