Client Details
Our client is a leading player in the FMCG sector, with an international presence. This role looks after the UK entity, which is at an exciting point of growth and development.
Description
- Owning the financial budget and forecast cycles for the UK business
- Establishing close working relationship with the sales and marketing team to act as the "face of finance"
- Creation of a SKU based demand plan for a rolling 12 months, and liaising with internal stakeholders to produce a production plan for the year
- Performance management of logistics partners, negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and maintaining cost effective practices
- Daily & weekly sales volume reporting, and quarterly re-budgeting.
- Working closely with the management team to drive business performance.
- Providing strategic input and leadership on decision making issues.
- Day to day management of 3 direct reports across finance and supply chain
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Profile
A successful 'Supply Chain Finance Manager' should be:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- Proven experience in a similar role within supply chain.
- Experience within FMCG/Alcohol industry will be highly advantageous
- Strong excel skills
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Proactive approach, and problem solving mindset
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication
- Available to start within the next month
Job Offer
- An estimated daily salary of 380 - 410 per day (inside Ir35)
- A 6 month temporary role with potential for extension.
